What can I do about this??
I had filed for bancruptcy last year and just recieved my discharge from my trustee along with the two GST amounts that went to her.I also had a income tax refund that went to the trustee but did not recieve it.I am told by the trustee that the amount was used to pay my creditors.Does this sound ligit ? I dont have any details from the trustee with regards to the refund money and looks like I just have to take the trustees word.
