i couldn`t close my condo that i bought and what can i do to claim my expenses or to get my property.i am the buyer.
i was suppose to close on feb 12 2010 and the lawyer told me they called on the same day as closing and said that we are not closing..seller is not in town.they told me this feb 18 after i called to see what was happening.my real estate and my lawyer is not helping me or giving me any info.they are making me run around in circle when i asked them about the date. i am paying storage,living expenses and interest on my down payment as well. my lawyer is telling me real estate is going to let me know the next closing date and real estate agent is telling lawyer is going to let me know. my real estate can`t get a hold of the seller agent to find out what`s happening
