What area of law do we categorize money problem with a business company that I have dealt with?
I have ask for a refund of money from a used clothing business. They didn't comply with the time frame that they promised. They just provided us few items and waited for few weeks that turned into months. Now, the warehouse that they are renting is already close and they are not returning any email from me. their phone has also been disconnected. I just know the managers name and her cell phone. still no communication from their part. Would you kindly direct me to the right people to talk regarding this matter? thank you. God Bless!
